Toucan Promise:
The equipment we supply will work exactly as promised or you will not be charged.
In the unlikely event our equipment ‘breaks down', a suitable replacement will be supplied and your hire period adjusted accordingly making sure you don't lose time.
If you have pre-arranged a delivery and we are more than 1 hour late – you will not be charged for the delivery.
Toucan Difference:
All equipment hired can be returned to any branch.
The majority of equipment can be hired by the day or week.
Full safety instructions supplied with ALL equipment.
Full safety wear supplied with ALL equipment sale or return.
Full demonstration offered on every hire.
Toucan Transactions:
All we ask is for two forms of I.D. either a driver's licence or passport and a utility bill showing your current address.
We also require a deposit on all items either by debit or credit card.
The amount charged is equal to a minimum of 1 weeks hire including vat.
Your hire charge is taken out of this deposit on return of the equipment and the difference is then refunded/charged back to your card.
For long term hire we will debit your card on a monthly basis.
